 PilotOne.com has always taken great pride in offering aircraft builder/owners online catalog pricing and we will continue to do our best to minimize increases in pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping of large size and/or heavy objects may require extra shipping charges.

International Orders:
You will be charged for the international air shipping. Delivery to some foreign countries cannot be guaranteed.

 Return policy

• All items (excluding software and videos) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Software and video returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Non-defective software and videos that have been opened will not be accepted for return. Defective software & videos may be returned for exchange with the same product only.
• Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return freight charges.
• All claims for damage, errors, or shortages in the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.
• Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including original packaging and accessories.
• Returned merchandise must be in original carton with a copy of the invoice.
• Everything included with the product must be returned including unfilled warranty cards and unused manuals.
